Job Description
Executive Global Services is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our Customer Service/Support team. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with outstanding communication skills and a passion for customer care.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, providing comprehensive information about our products and services, and efficiently resolving issues. We are looking for candidates who possess strong verbal communication abilities, problem-solving skills, and basic computer proficiency. Previous call center experience will be considered an advantage.
The starting salary for this position is Rs40,00.00 per month, and it is located in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
