Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support for our clients located in Europe and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will assist customers via phone, email, and remote sessions while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to email and document management solutions.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, IIS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Cloud Services, as well as proficiency in various Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
