Job Description
ITLOGI LTD is currently seeking a skilled taxi and minicab dispatcher/controller to efficiently manage inbound bookings and effectively coordinate our drivers. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound customer calls for taxi bookings
- Inputting bookings into the dispatch system
- Assigning bookings to drivers
- Providing customers with real-time estimated time of arrival (ETA)
- Assisting drivers with navigation
- Managing booking requests via email
- Placing competitive bids on jobs
- Coordinating driver assignments for bookings dispatch
Ideal candidates should possess prior UK taxi cab control experience and extensive knowledge of UK streets. The starting salary is 150 PKR per hour or 35,00 PKR per month.
