Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, enhance talent acquisition, and promote employee development. You will design and implement HR strategies, oversee recruitment and onboarding, manage performance reviews, handle employee relations and labor law compliance, administer benefits and coordinate payroll, and maintain HRIS and reporting. The role requires partnering with leadership to cultivate a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ HR management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven expertise with HR systems, employment law, and performance management
