Job Description
We are seeking a Program Development Advisor to design, plan, and strengthen programs from concept through implementation. The Advisor will provide technical guidance, lead proposal development, coordinate stakeholders, monitor performance, and support fundraising activities.
- Key responsibilities: program design and strategy, project management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), stakeholder coordination, and proposal writing.
- Qualifications: relevant degree, at least 5 years’ experience in program design, strong project management skills, M&E experience, excellent communication, and proven ability to collaborate across teams and partners.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, clear communication, and a results-oriented approach.
