Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows Server environments and manage Linux systems.
- Ensure stable network performance by managing network devices.
- Document IT processes and collaborate on system improvement projects.
- Knowledge of vicidial (VoIP) is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and basic server management.
- Expertise in desktop support and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
