Inovi Telecom (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Female Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations at our service centers. The selected candidate will ensure the efficiency of service processes, promptly address customer inquiries, and maintain seamless coordination among teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and manage customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate service logs while collaborating with logistics and administrative teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and support staff training initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
