Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics is preferred, along with a B.Tech (Hons).
Experience: Candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve complaints related to Cash Deposit Machines (CSMs) and ATMs within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Install CSMs and ATMs.
- Utilize effective troubleshooting techniques.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for assigned tasks.
- Prepare analytical reports and documentation for the Line Manager.
- Achieve 100% preventive maintenance completion for UPS, ATMs, and G&D.
