Job Description

Are you an experienced sales professional with exceptional leadership skills? INKTANK DESIGNS is seeking a Night Shift Team Leader to oversee our sales team operating exclusively on the Discord and Twitch platforms.

Shift Timing: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM

Fixed Salary: Rs. 60,00

Bonus: Commission based on total shift sales

Platforms: Discord & Twitch Only

Requirements:

– At least 3 months of documented sales experience on Discord and/or Twitch

– Outstanding communication and leadership abilities

– Proficient in managing and motivating a team during the shift
