Job Description
Job Summary: As a Full-time Helpdesk Representative, you will be the main contact for customers using our products, assisting users with technical challenges and ensuring efficient issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Managing help desk tickets for timely resolution.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining a knowledge base of common issues.
- Escalating complex problems as necessary.
Skills Required:
- 3+ years in Online Support or Helpdesk.
- Strong understanding of tablet technologies.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
