Job Description
We are in search of an energetic Assistant Manager to spearhead our regional sales strategy for the Toyota Sure business. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the automotive sector, specifically within the used car market in Pakistan’s Central Region.
Your role will involve ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures across our 3S Dealership network, conducting competitive analysis, training and mentoring team members, overseeing marketing initiatives, and tracking key performance indicators.
