Job Description
Indigo Developers is seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to effectively manage and optimize project costs throughout the construction process. This role involves preparing precise cost estimates, monitoring project expenditures, administering contracts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Monitor project expenses and enforce cost control measures.
- Manage contracts and address any related issues.
- Discover cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid PEC registration number.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs150,00 – Rs250,00 per month
Location: Lahore, in-person work required.
