Job Description
Imtiaz Group (SMC Private) Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Management Trainee in Human Resources to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes, as well as support employee onboarding and orientation programs. You will help manage employee relations and resolve issues while maintaining a database of potential candidates and employee files.
Your responsibilities will also include sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and assisting in the day-to-day operations of HR functions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
