Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include enhancing production efficiency, implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), coordinating with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams, maintaining accurate production records, and supervising staff training.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in FMCG production. A strong understanding of food safety standards, excellent analytical and leadership abilities, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs80,00 – Rs110,00 per month
