Job Description

Ihsan Sons Pvt. Ltd. is in search of a meticulous Assistant Manager – Compliance to ensure our operations align with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring compliance with relevant policies, laws, and regulations while conducting audits to identify any compliance gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor adherence to compliance policies and regulations.
• Conduct audits to identify and address compliance discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed compliance documentation and reports.
• Support staff training on compliance procedures.
• Resolve compliance issues and enhance operational processes.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and compliance software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management; relevant compliance certifications are a plus.
