Job Description
Ibex is seeking a committed Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our team in the Karachi Division. This full-time, on-site position plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer support to enhance satisfaction and ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide professional service while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or the BPO sector is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Salary: Rs90,00 – Rs100,00 per month. Contract duration: 6 months.
