Job Description
Hurak, a UK EdTech leader, seeks a full-time on-site Customer Support Representative in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. Shift: 1:30 PM–10:30 PM. The role requires managing customer inquiries, booking classes and exams, issuing certifications, following established processes, resolving cases, and handling objections with composure.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; excellent spoken and written English required.
- Experience: 1+ year preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Salary: Rs70,00–Rs100,00 per month.
