Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our market expansion initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing partner-driven strategies, conducting market research, and organizing promotional events. Key responsibilities also include supporting our partners and analyzing their performance, as well as managing and mentoring the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) team.
Candidates should have over three years of experience in business development, fluency in English and Urdu, and possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. This position is full-time and offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs300,00 to Rs350,00 per month. Work will be conducted on-site.
