Job Description
Company: HRSG Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Karachi
Salary: PKR 150,00 – 280,00 per month
Experience Required: 5–7 years in accounting and finance
Employment Type: HRSG Contract (12 months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor budget variances.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including Profit & Loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Review financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver detailed management reports with financial analysis.
- Forecast future financial performance and develop budgets.
- Ensure adherence to government regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
