Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Agriculture Center In-Charge to lead our initiatives. In this full-time role, you will supervise a team of agronomists and extension workers, develop strategic plans, and design training programs for farmers.
Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, fostering community engagement, and conducting monitoring and evaluation of programs. Strong budget management and resource allocation will also be required to ensure the efficient use of funds.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in agricultural management are preferred.
