Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is currently seeking a committed Shift Manager to oversee operations on our production floor. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing production to meet both volume and quality targets. This role also involves supervising staff and monitoring material usage to minimize waste.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences and have 1-2 years of experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) production environment. Familiarity with supply chain operations, especially in planning and SAP, is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs110,00.00 per month
