Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Online Sales Executive for our wholesale garments business to manage and grow online sales through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and generate sales through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other online channels
- Deal with buyers in a professional and timely manner
- Share product images, descriptions, prices, and availability with customers
- Book orders, follow up with clients, and coordinate deliveries
- Identify and develop new wholesale customers
- Maintain proper records of sales and customer data
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate qualification (education in sales/garments will be a plus)
- Prior experience in online sales or the garments industry is preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Urdu
- Hands-on knowledge of WhatsApp Business and social media platforms
- Ability to achieve sales targets
Salary + commission (based on experience and performance)
