Job Description
HRI Private Limited is seeking a qualified ICT Technician with 3 to 4 years of experience in help desk and technical support roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking issues, with proficiency in both Windows and Linux environments.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, as well as managing user accounts and security settings. We strongly encourage candidates with outstanding problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach to apply.
Preferred qualifications consist of IT certifications and familiarity with cloud platforms and automation scripting.
