Job Description
HR Ways is looking for a meticulous IT and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Specialist to become part of our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in information technology, along with substantial experience in managing Learning Management Systems. This role will involve overseeing the operation and maintenance of our LMS, while also providing essential user support.
The responsibilities of this position include troubleshooting technical issues, implementing system upgrades, and delivering training sessions to staff on the LMS. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
