Job Description
HR Force International seeks an Accounts and Finance Associate to support BPro Hubs. The role maintains financial records, handles month- and year-end closings, performs bank and vendor reconciliations, records journal entries, manages accounts receivable and payable, supports audits, and contributes to process improvements. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, have 0–6 months’ experience, and be familiar with Excel and ERP systems (QuickBooks, Odoo). Ideal applicants are analytical, detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow within the finance team.
