Job Description
HR First Pvt Ltd invites applications for a Dean of Pharmacy to elevate academic, research, and professional programs to international standards. The Dean will ensure accreditation compliance, cultivate national and international partnerships, advance faculty development and mentoring, oversee resource planning, and manage academic administration.
Requirements:
- PhD in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in academic, research, and administrative roles.
- Proven leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to mentoring.
