Job Description
Horyzon Zero Services in Karachi is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Key responsibilities include managing orders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess outstanding English communication skills, a minimum educational background of O Level/A Level or Intermediate, and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities are essential, and previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
