Job Description
Holzinn Home (North) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team in Phase-7, Bahria Town. This pivotal role focuses on the management of contracts and ensuring legal compliance across our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, monitoring compliance with obligations, and collaborating effectively with project teams.
The ideal applicant will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Law, or a related discipline, alongside a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry. A strong understanding of FIDIC guidelines and local legal frameworks, coupled with exceptional negotiation skills, is required.
