Job Description
HM Traders is seeking dedicated Data Entry Operators and Customer Care Representatives. Both fresh and experienced candidates are welcome. You’ll be responsible for accurate data input, responding to inquiries, and maintaining records. Strong typing skills and excellent communication are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and verify data accurately.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Resolve complaints or escalate as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of data and interactions.
Requirements:
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Aged 30 or below.
- Min. matriculation.
