Job Description
Hire Solutions is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Manager for a full-time, strictly onsite managerial role in I-8, Islamabad. Schedule: Monday–Friday (Sat/Sun off), 6:00 PM–2:00 AM.
- 5–10 years of hands-on medical billing and revenue cycle management experience required.
- Oversee billing operations, ensure compliance, and drive performance and cash-flow optimization.
- Lead and mentor teams, manage professional client communications, set appointments, close leads, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Require strong decision-making, problem-solving, and operational leadership abilities.
Competitive salary: Rs130,00–Rs150,00/month; final offer discussed at interview. Candidates without relevant medical billing experience should not apply.
