Job Description

Hire My Tech seeks an experienced Patient Service Representative to join our remote Pakistan team in a full-time capacity. Working US Central hours (6:00 PM–3:00 AM), you will manage scheduling, cancellations, appointment recalls, and respond to email and live chat. Responsibilities include connecting patients with providers, completing and uploading patient files into the EMR, and coordinating with colleagues to resolve patient concerns. As the first point of contact, the ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication, a professional and welcoming demeanor, and prior healthcare call center experience serving US or UK patients. Applicants must understand HIPAA, be fluent in English, and preferably have two or more years of experience in a US/UK healthcare call center.
