Job Description
Hcm International is currently seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources department within our multinational corporation. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of comprehensive experience in managing HR functions for a large workforce.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Thorough understanding of the entire employee life cycle
- Proficiency in Oracle systems, particularly Oracle Fusion, along with advanced MS Office skills
