Job Description
HCM International is currently seeking a committed Officer for our People Services department in Islamabad. This role demands a strong background in onboarding and offboarding management, team leadership, and process enhancement. You will be responsible for designing and improving workflows, mentoring the People Services team, and optimizing HR processes through digital transformation.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience. Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
