Job Description
HCM International is looking for a skilled Payroll Officer to join our esteemed client in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing regular and off-cycle payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws and tax regulations, and addressing employee payroll inquiries with professionalism. Additionally, you will maintain payroll data for audits, utilize Oracle Fusion and HCM systems effectively, and contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (minimum: diploma).
- 3–5 years of payroll processing experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills.
