Job Description
Hassaan Academy is inviting applications for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this essential role, you will be responsible for managing leads, coordinating classes, overseeing daily operations, and processing billing procedures. Your efforts will help foster strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers, ultimately ensuring their satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate fluent English communication skills, possess strong soft skills, have excellent problem-solving capabilities, and maintain a professional demeanor. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 1 AM, and Saturdays from 2 PM to 6 PM. The salary for this position ranges from PKR 30,00 to 45,00, based on experience.
