Job Description
Hard Stone Enterprises is excited to announce openings for Customer Service Representatives exclusively for US Citizens. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, making modifications, and addressing complaints through multiple communication channels.
Requirements:
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Paid training will be provided.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift from 6 PM to 3 AM US Time.
- Performance-based eligibility for up to a 30% salary increase after probation.

Salary: Rs65,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
