Job Description
H.S PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer cum HR Officer, specializing in Payroll Management, to enhance our dynamic IT firm. The successful candidate will manage payroll operations for a large-scale government project, overseeing a substantial workforce of daily wage employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete payroll processing for daily wage employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and address any discrepancies.
- Assist HR with attendance management and employee relations.
- Enhance payroll systems and processes for efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in payroll or HR.
- Solid understanding of labor laws in Pakistan.
- Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
