Job Description
We seek a skilled Utility Maintenance Officer to ensure the safe, reliable operation of building utilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. The officer will perform routine inspections, diagnose and troubleshoot faults, coordinate and supervise repairs with contractors, execute preventive maintenance, and document work orders.
- Respond to emergencies and support rapid remediation
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with teams and external vendors
Qualifications: vocational or technical certificate in electrical or mechanical fields, minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving ability, valid safety certifications, and a dependable, team-oriented work ethic.
