Job Description
Join Grey Technologies as a Customer Support Assistant! In this critical role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include delivering outstanding service and support to enrich their experience with our diverse range of products and services. You will be required to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, as well as diagnose and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, alongside excellent communication skills. Previous experience in customer support is preferred. This full-time, on-site position is based in Gullberg 2, Lahore, with work hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
