Job Description
Location: I-9/2, Islamabad
Shift: Night Shift | Onsite
Salary: Up to Rs 100,00.00
Availability: Immediate
GreenQuote LLC is on the lookout for a dedicated HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, attendance monitoring, and performance management, while fostering a motivated team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process
- Maintain and manage employee records
- Address and resolve employee grievances

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience (BPO industry preferred)
