Job Description
We are in search of a committed Head of Customer Service Department (CSD) to oversee our Kharian and Arifwala projects at Grand City. In this role, you will manage project timelines, ensure alignment with business objectives, and collaborate with the marketing team on various campaigns.
Your primary responsibilities will include supervising call center operations, overseeing recovery processes, and preparing detailed reports for senior management review.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,00.00 to Rs180,00.00. Please note that this role requires in-person attendance.
