Job Description
Globe Call Centre (SMC-PRIVATE) Ltd is looking for skilled Taxi Dispatchers, requiring at least one year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently assign cabs to requested locations.
- Monitor and manage driver schedules and routes.
- Facilitate effective communication between drivers and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of trips and operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatching.
- Familiarity with GPS systems and dispatch software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational abilities.
