Job Description
Global Nexus Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our inbound sales team, focusing on the USA market. This full-time position is based in Johar Town and Gulberg 3, Lahore, and requires full fluency in English as well as experience with telecom services such as Xfinity and Dish-TV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with potential clients through calls in the USA.
- Assessing client requirements to qualify leads.
- Effectively presenting our mobile selling services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in international telecom.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions.
Compensation: Rs 45,00 – Rs 50,00 per month, along with uncapped commission opportunities.
