Job Description
Ghani Value Glass is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Manager to oversee our field sales team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead sales growth by formulating effective strategies, fostering robust client relationships, and conducting regular field visits for performance evaluation and coaching.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing sales targets and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and SAP, are crucial for success in this role.
