Job Description
Genixa Services is seeking a meticulous E-commerce Data Entry Specialist to oversee product listings and customer service for our eBay and WooCommerce stores. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing product listings, addressing customer inquiries, and processing online orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage product listings
- Accurately upload product information
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Process online orders and maintain organized records
- Coordinate with the warehouse for dispatch updates
Requirements: Candidates must possess computer literacy and demonstrate the ability to work independently. Experience with eBay and WooCommerce is advantageous. Applicants should reside in or near the North Karachi Industrial Area.
