Job Summary:
FutureVision360 LLC is seeking a skilled International Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This position involves handling inbound and outbound international calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to manage high-volume calls while maintaining professionalism.
Required Skills:
Experience in customer service in an international setting, excellent English communication skills, and familiarity with diverse cultures are essential. Proficiency in customer service software and strong problem-solving ability are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month.
