Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is actively seeking an energetic Deputy Manager Sales to join our team, specializing in the Construction and Building Materials sector in Peshawar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a team of Lead Generation Officers.
- Devise and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Monitor progress and provide comprehensive reports on team performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with painter and contractor networks.
- Utilize local product expertise to drive sales initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation, preferably within painter and contractor communities.
