Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Supervisor to oversee HR operations at our Karachi Airport location. This full-time, on-site role requires rotational shifts (A, B, and C).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations across all shifts.
- Manage employee attendance and maintain discipline.
- Act as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate HR records for each shift and ensure policy compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in HR.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month. This position requires in-person attendance.
