Job Description
We seek a full-time, on-site Legal Officer to manage corporate legal matters, court proceedings, and litigation. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, notices, and legal documents; coordinating with external counsel, government agencies, and courts; ensuring regulatory compliance; maintaining case files and court calendars; advising management on legal risks; and handling labor disputes.
- Support legal-related accounting: maintain case financial records, coordinate payments and budgets, verify invoices, and prepare expense summaries.
Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs65,00 per month.
