Job Description
Frontier Platinum Group is seeking a dedicated Dispatch Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily dispatches, overseeing loading and unloading operations to ensure the appropriate handling of goods. Accurate record-keeping and documentation of dispatch activities are essential.
The Dispatch Officer will communicate with transport companies, verify shipment quantities, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing daily dispatch reports, efficiently managing urgent requests, and maintaining an organized dispatch area.
